Our Privacy Policy

The only personal information Purple Sorcerer Games collects about our visitors is the email addresses of those who sign up for our (appallingly intermittent) newsletter. If you choose to use our online campaign tools for the Crawler's Companion, that information is also stored on our server.

• Email Address: Your email address will only be used to send you the newsletter, and will never be passed on to any third party.
• Crawler's Companion: Campaign data (encounter stats and party info) is stored as simple text files on our server, and should be considered public, since anyone who knows the campaign name can access it from within their copy of the Crawlers Companion. So don't name your bad guys with any title you wouldn't want your mom to see. :)

Processing of information

We do use Google Analytics to review anonymous visitor information to spot trends in our web traffic. When browsing the Purple Sorcerer Games website, the following information transmitted by your internet browser is being collected and saved:

• Type of browser plus version number
• URL of the referrer (previously visited webpage), i.e. if you clicked on a link that pointed to the Purple Sorcerer website
• Host name (ip address) of the computer
• Date and time of the server request

This data is absolutely anonymous and can't be linked to specific persons by Purple Sorcerer Games. This data is only used for statistical purposes.

This website uses Google Analytics to help analyze how customers use the site. The tool uses cookies to collect standard Internet log information and visitor behavior in an anonymous form. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including ip address) is transmitted to Google. This information is then used to evaluate visitors’ use of the website and to compile statistical reports on website activity for Purple Sorcerer Games.
